With PVC->pass throughs->OBI ONE's->5 push-ups (2x)
SKILL: Press (start with PVC and advance to weighted PVC/dumbells)
WOD: (using PVC)
12-9-6
Press
Squats
Row 50 meter sprint in between each round
FUN: Parallette holds for time! (3 rounds)
