GUESS WHO?

SKILLS: Broad Jump & Push ups
WOD: 25 m Row
7 broad jumps
7 push-ups
(3-5) rounds as appropriate
FUN/EDUCATIONAL: Catch the falling the stick and STACK and ATTACK!!!

CFSCC KIDS welcomes Grace to our 4pm class! Grace is from Crossfit Sacramento Kids and will be visiting us often!
